Facilities and Infrastructure .

At Swiss Global Agriculture Ltd, we’re making significant strides in preparing for the start of production, with a focus on creating a supportive infrastructure for our employees, guests, and future growth. We’ve already begun constructing high-quality accommodations for both employees and visitors, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.

In addition, we’re establishing multiple drying rooms across Uganda, with two of our largest facilities – one at our Headquarters and another at Njeru Hill – slated for completion by the end of 2024. As we anticipate consistent growth, our infrastructure will be progressively expanded across the country, supporting our vision of creating over 10,000 job opportunities and fostering economic empowerment in the region.

Our commitment to nurturing talent is evident in our weekly educational sessions, which focus on English language skills, advanced cultivation and farming techniques, and general knowledge. To further enhance professional development, we plan to introduce an exchange program, where selected employees can study at international farms through a scholarship initiative. This program will not only benefit our employees but also contribute to the growth and development of the agricultural sector in Uganda.
