The initiative is driven by Swiss Global Agriculture Ltd, which serves as the central entity overseeing the collective efforts of its affiliated companies such as Uganja Ltd, Barinabo Ltd, and Universal Heights Ltd. These companies operate under the strategic guidance and legal framework of SGA & Co., enabling a cohesive approach to leadership in the cultivation and distribution of medical cannabis.

The initiative involves four established companies: SGA & Co. These companies are working collectively to position themselves as leaders in the cultivation and distribution of medical cannabis. Universal Heights Ltd, in particular, is leading the effort with its focus on both local partnerships and international markets. SGA & Co.Ltd is based in Kampala, Uganda, specializes in the cultivation of medical cannabis, focusing on both CBD and THC varieties. The company operates in a region with optimal climatic conditions and a favorable legal framework, aiming to enter the global medical cannabis market. To achieve this, the company seeks to raise capital through the sale of shares, providing potential investors with an opportunity to participate in this high-growth industry.

On January 25th, the town of Bweyale came alive with unmatched energy, warmth, and together-ness as over 6,000 people gathered for a day that blended charity, music, and community empowerment. The event was a beautiful showcase of humanity at its best-where giving met celebration, and where talent met opportunity.

From the young to the elderly, from students to parents, from artists to everyday heroes of the community, everyone in attendance played a role in making this a historic moment for Bweyale and Northern Uganda at large.

The people of Bweyale-resilient, hospitable, and full of life-welcomed this initiative with open arms and hearts brimming with gratitude. Their unyielding spirit, love for music, and culture of unity turned the event into a true festival of joy and generosity. Smiles stretched wide, hands clapped to the rhythm, and voices rose in song, creating a magical atmosphere that will be remembered for years to come.

With such a remarkable turnout, ensuring safety, order, and smooth execution was paramount. The event commenced at 9:00 AM, welcoming thousands of eager attendees, and stretched into the night, culminating in a breathtaking musical showcase. Thanks to meticulous planning and the unwavering dedication of the security personnel, the celebration unfolded seamlessly.

A robust security framework was put in place, with local law enforcement and private security teams stationed at strategic locations to manage the crowds and maintain peace. Every measure was taken to create a safe space where families, children, and individuals could immerse themselves in the festivities without fear.

The coordinated efforts of the security teams not only ensured a smooth flow of activities but also reinforced the trust between the organizers and the community, demonstrating that large-scale events could be held with professionalism and precision.

Medical teams were also on standby, prepared to handle any emergencies. Their presence reassured attendees, particularly vulnerable groups such as children, the elderly, and expectant mothers, that their well-being was a priority. The event organizers left nothing to chance, ensuring that every aspect, from crowd control to first aid services, was handled with utmost efficiency.
